July 2026, Flexlynqs, in partnership with Jarvus Innovations, was selected by NEORide to serve as Program Manager and Systems Lead for EZData, a new initiative funded through the U.S. Department of Transportation's ATTAIN program to develop a vendor-agnostic, cloud-based data platform for participating transit agencies. The effort will give agencies across the region a shared, consistent data environment for reporting, analytics, and performance management.

Transit agencies collect operational data from many separate systems, each maintained by a different agency or vendor. Assembling that information for reporting is slow and labor-intensive, and without a shared data source, agencies have limited ability to measure and compare performance across a region. EZData addresses this by connecting these systems into a single data foundation that participating agencies can share.

As Program Manager and Systems Lead, Flexlynqs, together with Jarvus Innovations, a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in transit data engineering, will establish standardized pipelines for ingesting and transforming operational data from multiple agency and vendor systems, creating a consistent regional data environment that agencies can rely on. A primary initial use case is automating National Transit Database (NTD) reporting, substantially reducing the manual effort agencies currently spend compiling and reconciling data. Flexlynqs' role spans project planning, requirements development, system design, agency coordination, data governance, testing, and implementation oversight.

EZData reflects a broader shift in public transit toward shared, interoperable data infrastructure, and toward tools that let agencies spend less time managing spreadsheets and more time improving service. For Flexlynqs, the selection builds on a track record of leading complex, multi-partner transportation programs from planning through implementation.
