The Problem
Traditional demand-response and paratransit services lack flexibility and real-time visibility, creating challenges for agencies and a limited, low-visibility experience for customers. NEMT trips and Airport connections are also in need of review and improved processes and/or services.
The Solution
Evaluation of potential for on-demand transit and improvements to paratransit, informed by local and regional travel pattern analysis and public outreach to identify high-impact mobility improvement opportunities.
The Outcome
A data- and industry-informed roadmap that helps the City of Fresno improve paratransit and potentially implement on-demand operations that improve mobility for all.
